Ringmaster has been relieving aches and pains since 1950, with the same original formula. It is a premium external rubbing compound made with the best ingredients available.
When Ringmaster is applied to the affected area you will feel a warm soothing sensation that penetrates deep into the sore joints and muscles providing quick, long lasting relief.
Because of Ringmaster's very deep and quick penetrating ability, plus its unique, time-proven, active ingredients -- peanut oil and Methyl Salicylate -- Ringmaster enters the blood stream quickly, penetrating deep into muscles and right down to the bone.
Since inventing Ringmaster Rubbing Oil in 1950, Frank B. Sewell, along with his son, Douglas Sewell, have carefully researched the effects of their medicated peanut oil on arthritis and other painful conditions. They have found new ways to stop pain when nothing else will.
Try pouring about 2 capfulls in a hot bath and feel the refreshing sensations...

Condition: Osteo Arthritis is the most common form of arthritis, which is a wearing down of the load bearing joints through deterioration of the cartilage. Problems that occur may be the result of mechanical failure in parts of a joint. Often, however, the cause of joint disorders is an inflammation produced by infection, disease, or some unknown cause. Most joint ailments caused by inflammation are termed "arthritis," from the Greek word "arthron" for joint, and "itis" for inflammation. The ends of the bones that meet in a joint are cushioned with a layer of resilient tissue called cartilage, which acts like a sponge that holds a lubricating substance called Synovial Fluid. This fluid enables our joints to glide back and forth without friction. Basically, here's what occurs in a person with osteo-arthritis. The cartilage that cushions the impact on the joint gradually deteriorates. Its smooth surface roughens, and it loses its cushioning effect. Over time, the ends of the bones are affected, with bone growing along the sides of the joint to produce lumps. Each of the steps in the process produces pain. The bones crack and pop and hurt with each movement. Symptoms: Restricted range of movement, inflammation, pain. Treatment: •Soak the area with a hot wet towel for 20 minutes. •Apply Ringmaster liberally, rubbing towards the heart for 3 minutes. •Wrap area with a clear plastic wrap, like Saran wrap, or cloth; keep covered one hour. •Apply Ringmaster again by rubbing towards the heart for 3 minutes.

Stiff NeckCondition: A stiff neck can result from a variety of different causes, such as the way we position our neck when we sleep, work and exercise related strains, sickness, etc. Symptoms: Restricted or diminished range of neck movement. Pain at the base of the neck, and traveling up to the back of the ears. Treatment: •Rub Ringmaster behind the ears, at the base of the neck, and massage into neck and shoulder muscles.
|
BursitisCondition: Bursitis results from repeated use of a joint, causing inflammation of the Bursa sac, which is a membrane sac found between the bone and the fibrous tissues of the muscles and tendons, that help facilitate movement. Symptoms: Pain, swelling, and restricted movement in the area of your elbow, hip, knee, shoulder, big toe or other joint. Treatment: •Apply Ringmaster 3 times per day, massage in a circular motion, use soaking and wrapping techniques if necessary.
|
Back Muscle Aches, Strains and SpasmsCondition: Back pain can result from many things-something as simple as sneezing, or everyday movements. Or from a muscle pull or strain, that can affect people of all ages. Symptoms: Stiffness and back pain sometimes accompanied by muscle spasms and sharp pains. Treatment: •There are a variety of treatments for back problems, such as rest, relaxation, aspirin, exercise and physical therapy. Ringmaster needs to accompany the above with three applications per day, along with a 30-minute hot soak three times per week.

Carpal Tunnel SyndromeCondition: Carpal Tunnel Syndrome occurs when the Median Nerve that goes through the narrow tunnel of the wrist becomes compressed through repetitive hand movement, causing swelling and inflammation. Symptoms: A numbness or tingling sensation in your fingers and hands. Pains usually travel from the wrist to the forearm, or down to the palm of the hand or surface of the fingers. Pains normally occur at night, after a day of using the hands forcefully. Treatment: ?Apply Ringmaster to the arms, hands, and wrists liberally. Stroke Ringmaster in an upward fashion, 3 times a day. ?1. Soak hand and wrist for 30 minutes in a hot basin of water with 5 capfuls of Ringmaster. Apply Ringmaster liberally to arms before and after the soak. ?2. Wrap wrist loosely in clear plastic or cloth; be careful not to apply too much pressure to wrist.

CrampsCondition: A cramp, which is sometimes called a Charley Horse, is actually a muscle spasm during which a tissue contracts, producing sudden and tense pain. Symptoms: Cramps are evidenced by severe pulling and pain in the muscle region, caused by inadequate blood supply to the affected area - normally the calf muscle. Treatment: •Rubbing stimulates blood flow. Therefore, stretch and extend the immediate muscle. Gently straighten the limb while rubbing Ringmaster into the cramped area.
|
Corns and CallusesCondition: Corns and calluses are the result of constant pressure or repeated friction on the skin which produces a thickening and hardening of the skin. Symptoms: A thickening layer of skin, often between and on top of the toes. Corns and calluses, rarely more than a minor discomfort--occasionally, however, corns can be very irritating and sensitive to the touch--especially when wearing tight shoes. Treatment: •Apply Ringmaster in morning and evening. A 30-minute (daily) foot soak will also be necessary in order to soften the calluses. •After about 30 days of continuous application, the corn can be peeled off.
|
Menstrual CrampsCondition: Menstrual cramps (Dysmenorrhea) is caused by excessive levels of prostaglandins, substances that make the uterus contract. Symptoms: Pain in lower abdomen during menstruation, possibly extending to the hips, lower back, or thighs. Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or general aching is also common during menstruation. Treatment: •Mild analgesic drugs are normally taken internally to ease the pain. However, rubbing Ringmaster on the lower abdomen and back can work just as effectively. A 30-minute hot soak with 3 capfuls of Ringmaster is also relaxing and helpful.

Tennis Elbow/ Golfers Elbow / Baseball Players Elbow Condition: Tennis Elbow is a result of little tiny tears in the tendons that attach the muscles of the lower arm to the elbows. However, you don't have to be a tennis player to have pains of Tennis Elbow. Simply, have repetitive movement of the elbow. Symptoms: Recurrent pain on the outside of the upper forearm below the crease of the elbow. In some cases, pain extends down the forearm toward the wrist. Treatment: •Ringmaster should be applied 3 times per day on the elbow and along the forearm. Use of forearm support after applying the Ringmaster will be helpful.
